We love this book at Sir Stratalot. It’s one that makes you wish you’d read it earlier and also wonder why the fuck you’d approach things any other way. At the same time, there’s a fair argument to be made that applying their model has become meaningfully more difficult—not that it was ever easy. Regardless, very highly recommended if you haven’t read it.
